The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to deliver a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) training course, including the examination, for the Municipal Infrastructure Support Agent (MISA). The training aims to equip MISA Electrical Engineers with the necessary skills and accreditation to effectively implement Energy Efficiency and Demand Side Management (EEDSM) projects, aligning with the KPIs for the 2025/26 financial year.
