The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider responsible for reviewing, consolidating, and producing a comprehensive and streamlined version of the legislative content related to the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act (MPRDA) 28 of 2002, its amendments (notably Act 49 of 2008), and the Mineral Resources Development Bill (MRDB) 2025. The goal is to produce a consolidated bill that integrates all previous amendments and stakeholder inputs into a clear, coherent legislative document.
