  • Demonstration of appropriate resources, including personnel and tools, to execute the evaluation.
  • Experience in evaluating DG grants, with at least three years in similar evaluations.
  • Key personnel involved must have relevant experience and qualifications, including:
    • Project Leader: minimum 6 years' experience, NQF level 8 qualification, registered Chartered Accountant.
    • Project Manager: minimum 5 years' experience, NQF level 7 qualification.
    • Audit and Governance Expert: minimum 5 years' experience, NQF level 7 qualification.
    • Data Analyst: minimum 5 years' experience, NQF level 7 qualification.
  • Provision of CVs and certificates not older than six months for key personnel.
