Objectives

Scope

The scope includes providing a comprehensive list of art materials such as cutting tools, brushes, paints, papers, inks, and other related art supplies as detailed in the scope of services. The procurement covers items like retractable box cutters, scissors, cutting mats, brushes, pencils, paints, inks, tapes, rulers, paper, and various drawing and painting accessories. The delivery must be completed in accordance with the specifications and quantities outlined in the tender.

Technical Requirements

• Items must meet specified descriptions and quantities, e.g., specific types of brushes, paints, papers, and tools.
• Suppliers must provide detailed pricing inclusive of VAT and any additional costs such as import taxes, transport, and installation if applicable.
• All administrative documents must be submitted, including CSD reports, tax verification, B-BBEE certificates, and formal quotations.
• Quotations must be valid for a minimum of sixty (60) days from the closing date.
