The primary objective of this tender is to secure a service provider to renew the licenses and warranty for the existing NetApp Storage System and to establish a Service Level Agreement (SLA) for ongoing support and maintenance. Specifically, the aim is to ensure continuous support, system upgrades, and reinstatement of any lapsed service coverage for the NetApp FAS 2750 storage system used by Iziko Museums of South Africa.
