  • Managing retrenchments, strike handling, and related procedures.
  • Offering ongoing legal support and advice to the Executive Management on employment law issues.

The contract duration is 24 months, with services to be delivered on a rotational basis by the appointed legal service providers.

Technical Requirements

  • Legal Registration & Qualifications: The law firm must be duly incorporated and registered with the relevant Law Society or Legal Practice Council, with supporting documentation.
