Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to deliver report writing and presentation training for PRASA KZN over a period of 12 months, as and when required. The training aims to enhance the skills of personnel in report writing, presentation delivery, and effective communication within the organization.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Providing report writing and presentation training based on SAQA Unit standard 110023.
• Conducting training sessions in Durban, with a duration of 4 days per session.
• Ensuring that the service provider is accredited and capable of delivering the training content.
• Delivering training to non-commercial organizations and responsible personnel.
• Providing a competency certificate upon successful completion of the training.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for the service provider include:

• Accreditation to deliver training based on SAQA Unit standard 110023.
• Provision of a competency certificate to participants upon successful completion.
• Delivery of training in Durban, adhering to the specified duration of 4 days.
• Use of qualified trainers with relevant expertise in report writing and presentation skills.
