The primary objective of this tender is to procure a heat exchanger (H1005) that complies with the attached specifications, for use in a plasma gasification demonstration facility at Necsa. The heat exchanger will be used to heat uranium-contaminated waste oil with hot water, reducing its viscosity to facilitate downstream processing in the plasma reactor.
The scope includes the supply and delivery of a plate heat exchanger (H1005) as per the specified purchase specification and technical sheet. The scope explicitly excludes other equipment and components shown in the P&ID, which are outside the scope of this procurement.
