The primary objective of this tender is to procure system actuated valves, specifically pneumatic operated valves, for the PTFE Filter Destruction Project at Necsa. The valves are intended for use in a plasma gasification demonstration facility designed to volumetrically reduce uranium-containing PTFE candle filters, ensuring safe and efficient destruction of the filters.
The scope includes the supply of various types of actuated valves (mainly pneumatic operated) as detailed in the attached valve list. These valves will be installed in different applications within the PTFE Filter Destruction Plant, handling specific fluids such as nitrogen, scrubbing liquids, oxygen, LPG, argon, and methane gases. The scope also encompasses providing valves that meet technical specifications, certification, and performance requirements outlined in the tender documentation.
