Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified and experienced service provider to design and produce branded merchandise that aligns with the NLC’s brand identity, meets professional standards, and supports the organization’s objectives. The merchandise will be used to promote the NLC and its initiatives through high-quality, brand-compliant items.

Scope

The scope of work includes the design, branding, production, supply, and delivery of various branded merchandise items for the NLC. All items must adhere to the NLC’s Corporate Identity Manual and quality standards. Specific items include, but are not limited to:

• Transit mugs in various colours (Butter Cabana, Coral Red, Royal Blue, Rose, Metallic)
• Printed booklets (A5, hard cover, 20-40 pages) with content provided by the NLC

Technical Requirements

• Design and branding of merchandise must comply with the NLC’s Corporate Identity Manual and quality standards.
• Items must be produced using professional standards and meet quality expectations.
• All merchandise must be delivered in accordance with the specifications, including colour accuracy and content requirements.
• Designs will be provided by the NLC, with the service provider responsible for compatibility and execution.
• Items must be supplied and delivered within the agreed timeframe, with the process including design, branding, production, and delivery.

Skills Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and producing branded merchandise, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrable ability to produce merchandise that meets quality and branding standards.
• Strong project management skills to handle design, branding, production, and delivery processes.
• Capability to adhere to the NLC’s Corporate Identity Manual and quality standards.
• Experience in working with public sector organizations or similar entities is preferred.
• Ability to provide references and samples of previous work relevant to branded merchandise production.
