The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified and experienced service provider to support the National Lotteries Commission (NLC) in enhancing its Business Resilience Programme. This involves strengthening business continuity measures across all provincial offices, including developing, testing, and implementing plans to ensure critical operations can withstand disruptions and emergencies.
