The primary objective of this tender is to procure professional construction monitoring services for the refurbishment of the ACSA VIP Lounge at Airports Company South Africa's Cluster 3 airports, including King Shaka International Airport, Chief Dawid Stuurman International Airport, and King Phalo Airport. The services are to be provided for a period not exceeding 21 months, ensuring effective oversight and management of the refurbishment project.
The scope encompasses the provision of construction monitoring services for the VIP Lounge refurbishment projects at the specified airports. It includes overseeing construction activities, ensuring compliance with specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations, and reporting on progress. The services are to be delivered over a maximum period of 21 months, covering all phases from commencement to completion.
