The primary objective of this tender is to develop a SALGA ISO56000/1 Support Programme that enables municipalities to incorporate meaningful innovation strategies, programmes, and interventions aligned with ISO standards. The programme aims to provide guidelines, templates, and training to empower SALGA staff and municipalities to assess and achieve ISO56000/1 compliance, fostering innovation management within municipal environments.
