The primary objective of this tender is to strengthen SALGA’s Digital Convergence Framework by developing a comprehensive Digital Communication & Engagement Strategy. This strategy aims to enhance SALGA’s communication impact, support its strategic governance role, and establish a modern, responsive, and credible digital presence. The initiative seeks to integrate various digital platforms into a cohesive ecosystem, improve digital governance, and foster effective stakeholder engagement through multimedia formats.
