The primary objective of this tender is to assess the market for available Next Generation Managed Services in IT, specifically focusing on Infrastructure and Application Management Services. The aim is to enable the W&RSETA to adopt advanced IT solutions that support its business aspirations, manage disruptive technologies, address ICT talent scarcity, and mitigate associated risks. The tender seeks to identify a capable Service Provider to deliver comprehensive IT Infrastructure Managed Services (IT IMS).
