The primary objective of this tender is to procure support, implementation, and maintenance services for Microsoft Technologies, specifically Microsoft Identity Manager, SCOM, SCSM, and SCCM. The goal is to re-establish and enhance the organization’s endpoint management, infrastructure monitoring, and IT service management capabilities following a cyber security incident. The project aims to restore critical functionalities, improve security posture, operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with ITIL best practices through re-implementation and support of these platforms over a 12-month period.
