Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint qualified service providers to design, facilitate, and deliver practical, workplace-relevant training interventions aimed at strengthening employee capabilities in the Basics to Agri Value Chain Training Course. The training aims to enhance foundational understanding of the agricultural ecosystem and value chain, supporting organizational capability development, operational effectiveness, customer service excellence, digital capability, and sector-specific knowledge.

Scope

The scope includes end-to-end learning solutions such as program design, facilitation, learner support, and reporting. Specifically, the service provider will:

• Deliver the Basics to Agri Value Chain Training Course, including practical workplace application.
• Provide virtual training for a minimum of 20 delegates over a 1-day session.
• Develop and submit comprehensive training methodology and approach.
• Ensure learner engagement, assessment, and measurement of learning impact.
• Support organizational priorities aligned with the annual Capability Building Plan.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for the tender include:

• Provision of end-to-end training solutions, including program delivery and facilitation.
• Demonstration of experience in agricultural development or professional training sectors.
• Qualified facilitators with relevant expertise and certifications.
• Submission of a detailed methodology addressing training design, facilitation, learner engagement, assessment, and workplace application.
• Provision of a delivery plan/project plan.
• Ability to deliver virtual training effectively.
• Demonstration of previous relevant experience with similar interventions.

Interested service providers must demonstrate:

• Strong facilitation and training delivery capabilities, with qualified facilitators and subject matter experts.
• Ability to develop and implement practical training methodologies and instructional design.
• Experience in delivering workplace-relevant learning interventions in the agricultural or related sectors.
• Capability to support learner engagement and assess learning outcomes effectively.
• Provision of qualified and capable team members, with CVs and professional registrations.
• Ability to manage virtual training environments and support learner needs remotely.
