The primary objective of this tender is to procure a comprehensive mobile communication solution for the Eastern Cape Department of Health. The solution should provide voice and data services, including the supply of cellphones (devices and airtime), to support the department's communication needs over a period of 24 months, in accordance with RT15 of 2021 transversal contract.
The scope encompasses the provision of various categories of mobile services and devices:
The services and devices are to be delivered and maintained over a 24-month period, with detailed costing and specifications provided for each category and device type.
