The primary objective of this tender is to procure system actuated valves (pneumatic operated) for the PTFE Filter Destruction Project at Necsa. The valves are intended for use in a plasma gasification demonstration facility to volumetrically reduce uranium-containing PTFE candle filters, ensuring safe and efficient operation of the process.
The scope includes the supply of various types of actuated valves as specified in the attached valve list. These valves will operate under specific process conditions involving different gases (e.g., nitrogen, oxygen, LPG, argon, methane) and must meet technical and certification requirements. The supply encompasses valves with specified materials, sizes, and actuation features, including position indicators and feedback, suitable for integration into the plant's control systems.
