Technical Requirements

The service provider must meet the following technical criteria:

  • Be registered with a Sector Education Training Authority (SETA) and/or QCTO, or hold Health and Safety registration with the Department of Labour and Employment.
  • Submit an updated BBBEE certificate and be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
  • Deliver outcomes-based, credit-bearing training aligned with the National Qualifications Framework (NQF).
  • Provide comprehensive course materials, including course overview, target audience, outline, and benefits.
  • Ensure all learners receive certificates of compliance or trade test certificates upon successful completion.
  • Collect and submit attendance registers and feedback reports to Artscape.
