The primary objective of this tender is to obtain a quotation for the supply of an annual Siemens Simcenter X Advanced cloud-based license management solution. The goal is to support enterprise optimization and advanced simulation capabilities through a reliable, cloud-based licensing platform.
The scope includes providing the goods and/or services related to the Siemens Simcenter X Advanced license management system on an annual basis. The procurement covers technical support, deployment, and disbursements associated with the cloud-based license management solution. The scope also involves evaluation based on technical, performance, quality, and risk criteria, ensuring the solution meets the specified functional and technical requirements.
Responses must demonstrate support for an acceptable technical solution; failure to do so will result in rejection.
