The primary objective of this tender is the renewal of Sage CRM licenses for a period of 12 months. The aim is to ensure continued access to the Sage CRM system, supporting the organization’s operational and customer relationship management needs.
The scope of the tender includes the renewal of existing Sage CRM licenses for a duration of 12 months. It encompasses providing the necessary licenses, technical support, and related services to maintain the CRM system without interruption.
