Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure verifiable qualified professional design and space planning services for three office spaces within SANAS offices. The goal is to optimize the layout of these spaces to create functional, modern, and efficient environments that support collaboration, presentations, and hybrid meetings, while aligning with the existing SANAS aesthetic.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Design and space planning for three distinct office spaces:
• Ground floor Accreditation Room (minimum 40-seater)
• Ground floor open plan office (minimum 4 desks)
• Development of three different design options for each room.
• Ensuring compliance with building codes and safety requirements.
• Provision of conferencing/telephonic equipment integration.
• Delivery of the final design services as a once-off project, expected to be completed by June 2026.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

• Provision of design and space planning services for three office spaces.
• Development of three distinct design options per room.
• Compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Inclusion of modern, functional, and collaborative features suitable for meetings, training, and hybrid work.
• Attending a mandatory briefing session at SANAS offices on 27 May 2026 from 10:00 to 12:00.
• Submission of relevant qualifications, CVs, and proof of experience in interior or spatial design with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Previous similar work completed within the last 5 years.

Skills Requirements

The skills and qualifications required from the service provider include:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Interior Design or Spatial Design.
• Verifiable qualifications in interior or spatial design.
• Ability to produce multiple design options tailored to SANAS office aesthetics and functional needs.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and modern office design principles.
• Effective communication skills for briefing and presentation purposes.
• Experience in designing spaces that support hybrid meetings and collaborative work environments.
