The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified SAP HCM Personnel Time Management (PT) service provider to analyze, configure, test, deploy, and support SAP ERP ECC6 leave management changes. These changes must align with SAPO’s approved leave policy, improve operational efficiency, reduce long-term leave liabilities, and standardize leave cycles based on employee anniversaries. The engagement aims to ensure effective leave management within a one-month period, covering all SDLC activities from analysis to handover.

The services are to be delivered within a maximum effort of one calendar month, covering all SDLC activities and support during the go-live phase.
Overall, the successful bidder must demonstrate technical expertise in SAP ECC6 HCM Personnel Time Management, configuration skills, SDLC support, documentation, and ability to deliver within a strict one-month timeframe.
