Special Conditions: Service providers are requested to download and print the Expression of Interest form from the National Treasury’s eTender Portal (www.etenders.gov.za) as well as the KwaZulu Natal Department of Human Settlements’ website (www.kzndhs.gov.za) as the form will be stamped at the Briefing Session by the Department.
