The primary objective of this tender is to source a certification body capable of conducting ISO 9001:2015 recertification audits, annual surveillance audits, and providing training services over a three-year cycle. The goal is to maintain TIA’s ISO 9001:2015 certification, demonstrate ongoing compliance, and support continuous improvement of its Quality Management System (QMS).
