The primary objective of this tender is to procure a South African Recruitment Platform for Talent Acquisition. The platform aims to facilitate the posting of positions, headhunting, anonymous advertising, secure candidate sourcing, and applicant filtering and screening. It should provide access to a diverse pool of qualified South African candidates across all sectors, including general staff and executives, and ensure compliance with relevant data protection and security standards.
