The primary objectives of this tender are to procure support and maintenance services for the Eastern Cape Provincial Treasury's computer server infrastructure, including an upgrade of the server operating system software (OmniStack Version Upgrade) from version 4.0.1.184 to 5.2.0. Additionally, the tender aims to ensure the department's server infrastructure remains supported, secure, and up-to-date, leveraging accredited service providers under the SITA Contract 2003/2014 framework.
