The primary objective of this tender is to procure self-catering student accommodation services within a 30 km radius of NECSA Pretoria West, ensuring secure, safe, and fully equipped living facilities for students over a period of 12 months. The accommodation must support self-catering and include essential amenities such as kitchen appliances, laundry facilities, recreation areas, and security services.

The accommodation must be located within 30 km of NECSA Pretoria West, supported by relevant documentation such as municipal bills confirming the address.
