The primary objective of this tender is to invite qualified bidders to submit proposals for the maintenance of the Sugarbush Access Road and related infrastructure within the Umzimvubu Local Municipality for the 2026-27 period. The project aims to ensure the proper upkeep and functionality of key access roads and associated offices, supporting local infrastructure development and service delivery.
