The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver 2 speed cameras to Umzimvubu Local Municipality, ensuring the procurement meets the specified technical and compliance requirements.
The scope encompasses the supply and delivery of two speed cameras, including all necessary documentation, registration, and compliance with municipal procurement policies. The tender also involves evaluation based on technical capability, experience, and adherence to goal-specific criteria.
To be considered for further evaluation, bidders must score a minimum of 70 points based on the following criteria:
The total possible score is 100 points. Bidders must demonstrate capability in logistics and relevant experience to qualify for the next evaluation stage.
Evaluation will prioritize value for money, and the municipality reserves the right not to appoint any bidder. All tenders must be clearly marked and submitted before the deadline of 12h00 on 8 April 2026.
