The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a supplier for the supply and delivery of aluminium materials to the South African Astronomical Observatory (SAAO) in Cape Town. The supplier will provide various aluminium grades and specifications necessary for high-precision machining of components used in telescopes and scientific instruments. The materials must meet strict quality standards to ensure durability under extreme conditions, supporting SAAO’s mission to advance astronomical research and technological innovation.
