The primary objective of this tender is to procure the supply and delivery of bitumen products that conform to specified standards and requirements set by Siyathemba Municipality. The successful bidder must ensure that all delivered materials meet or exceed the relevant SANS standards (SANS 4001-BT3 and SANS 4001-BT4) and provide guarantees of compliance.
