The primary objective of this tender is to secure the supply and delivery of bituminous products to Bergrivier Municipality for the period from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. The aim is to ensure the municipality has access to quality bituminous materials to support road maintenance and infrastructure projects.
The scope encompasses the provision of various bituminous products including prime, cationic spray grade, premix, stable mix, slurry sealing, cold premix, and road patches. The tender covers supply, delivery, and associated services such as plant and equipment provision, subcontracting, and work experience demonstration. It also includes compliance with specifications, quality assurance, and timely delivery within the specified period.
