The service provider shall be deemed to have satisfied himself/herself before submitting the quotation as to the correctness and sufficiency of his/her quotation for the work, rates and prices he/she has stated in the quotation. |

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint service providers to supply and deliver bulk liquid nitrogen to Denel Dynamics’s DETEK facility located at the CSIR Pretoria campus. The service is required on an "as and when" basis over a period of thirty-six (36) months, with an emphasis on ensuring a reliable, safe, and compliant supply of liquid nitrogen to support Denel Dynamics's operations.
