The primary objective of this tender is to select suitable vendors to supply and deliver catering services to the PPECB Laboratory. The contract aims to establish a panel of at least two suppliers, with one being Halaal certified, for a period of 24 months, with an option to renew for an additional 12 months based on performance.
The scope includes providing catering services within the Centurion area, including menu options for various dietary requirements such as Vegan, Vegetarian, and Gluten-Free. Vendors must supply samples for quality assessment before contract award and ensure timely delivery following confirmed orders. The services may include catering for team-building events, functions, and other gatherings, with options like braais, breakfast, lunchboxes, hot meals, and platters.
