Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure a service provider capable of supplying and delivering a comprehensive range of cleaning materials to Sakhisizwe Local Municipality. The goal is to ensure the municipality's cleaning and sanitation needs are met efficiently and reliably through quality products and timely delivery.

Scope

The scope encompasses the supply and delivery of various cleaning materials and equipment, including detergents, disinfectants, cleaning tools, and related supplies as specified in the technical specifications. The contract covers the provision of these items in the quantities listed, to be delivered to designated municipal locations within the stipulated timeframe.

Technical Requirements

• Supply of specified cleaning products such as stripper away, pine gel, liquid hand wash soap, bleach, disinfectants, mops, gloves, dustpans, brushes, toilet paper, polishes, sanitizers, towels, air fresheners, insect killers, dustbins, dish wash soap, toilet brushes, and related items.
• Items must meet the quality standards and specifications outlined in the tender document.
• Delivery of products to the specified municipal addresses, ensuring items are properly packed to prevent damage during transit.
• Compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provision of necessary documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and proof of compliance.
