The primary objective of this tender is to procure a service provider capable of supplying and delivering cleaning materials to the Bergrivier Municipal Stores for a period spanning from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2029. The aim is to ensure a consistent supply of quality cleaning products to meet the municipality's operational needs over the contract duration.
The scope encompasses the supply and delivery of a wide range of cleaning materials as specified in the technical specifications. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing all listed items, including but not limited to cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, detergents, paper products, and cleaning equipment, to various municipal store locations within the specified timeframe. The municipality reserves the right to procure any quantity of items during the contract period, and deliveries must adhere to the specified delivery schedules and locations.
