  • Compliance with tax obligations, including submission of SARS PIN or CSD registration.
  • Provision of samples of fabrics and garments as per specifications.
  • Security clearance for staff involved in the project.

Product Specifications

  • Uniform items must be embroidered with the Coat of Arms, in specified colours and fabric types.
  • Fabric types include polyester plain weave (130-150gsm for blouses and shirts; 180-220gsm for jackets and dresses), wool blends, melton, and genuine leather for belts.
  • Garments must be neatly stitched, with attention to embroidery, button spacing, and overall neatness.
  • All garments should be available in all sizes, with specific styles and designs detailed in the specifications.
  • Replacement of defective garments within seven (7) working days at no cost to the Presidency.
