The primary objective of this tender is to procure a supplier capable of providing and delivering digital accessories as specified, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and municipal goals. The aim is to support the municipality's operational needs through reliable supply and delivery of digital accessories that meet the outlined scope and technical requirements.
The scope of the tender encompasses the supply and delivery of specified digital accessories, including items such as camera lenses, flashes, SDXC cards, batteries, camera straps, and related accessories. The project is a once-off contract, with work to be performed as instructed by the municipality through official orders. The delivery is to be completed within the stipulated contract duration, and payments will be made within thirty days of invoice submission.
