The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver first aid boxes and first aid consumables to MAP Water sites, ensuring compliance with South African legal and occupational safety standards. The supplier must provide new, sealed, compliant, and fit-for-purpose items, including first aid boxes and various consumables such as antiseptics, dressings, gloves, and safety equipment.
The scope encompasses the supply, delivery, and where applicable, replacement of first aid boxes and consumables across multiple MAP Water sites. The items listed include wound cleaners, swabs, cotton wool, forceps, scissors, bandages, gloves, CPR mouthpieces, and other first aid materials. The delivery must adhere to specified quantities and standards, with partial deliveries communicated in advance. Additionally, the supplier must ensure all items meet ISO 45001:2018 standards and legal requirements.
