Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver two portable gas analysers within the East Grid HV Plant Department. The project aims to ensure the provision of reliable and accurate gas analysis equipment to support operational requirements.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Supply and delivery of 2 portable gas analysers as specified in the tender documentation.
• Provision of method statements, quality policies, and objectives aligned with ISO 9001 standards.
• Implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Adherence to customer-specific requirements and relevant standards.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements encompass:

• Provision of objective evidence of a documented QMS that, while not necessarily certified, complies with ISO 9001 standards.
• Submission of a quality method statement based on the scope of work.
• Demonstration of a Quality Policy, Objectives, and documented responsibilities including roles related to quality management.
• Control of externally provided processes, products, and services, including evaluation and re-evaluation criteria for external providers.
• Completion and signing of Form A and inclusion of any additional customer-specific requirements.

Skills and Requirements

The tender requires:

• Evidence of a Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001:2015, including documented roles, responsibilities, and external process controls.
• Competency in preparing and submitting method statements, quality policies, and objectives.
• Ability to demonstrate understanding of customer requirements and effective communication of these needs.
• Skills in risk management, process improvement, and stakeholder relationship management.
• Provision of appropriate infrastructure, PPE, tools, and equipment necessary for the scope of work.
• Experience in supplier evaluation, selection, and performance monitoring.
