The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver various water treatment chemicals and related products, including HTH (High Test Hypochlorite), SUD Floc K300, SUD Floc 3TL, silica sand, chlorine gas, and other specified chemicals, to the Makwane Water Treatment Plant. The aim is to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the water treatment processes, supporting water service provision in the Maluti-a-Phofung Water (SOC) Ltd jurisdiction.
The scope of the tender encompasses the supply and delivery of the following items:
Deliveries are to be made to specified locations within the Makwane Water Treatment Plant, with all products meeting the technical specifications outlined in the tender documents. The contract period is once-off, with delivery scheduled for January 20, 2026.
Additional points will be awarded for HDI ownership, youth ownership, and locality, emphasizing transformation and local economic development.
