The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider to supply and deliver ICT consumables to the National Research Foundation (NRF). The goal is to ensure the NRF has access to necessary ICT consumables such as laptops, monitors, headsets, external drives, and related accessories, meeting specified technical standards and quality requirements.
The scope includes the supply and delivery of various ICT consumables as detailed in the specifications, including:
The delivery location is at the NRF offices: NRF Building, South Gate, CSIR Complex, Meiring Naudé Road, Brummeria, Pretoria.
The contract duration is until the completion and signing off of the specified work, with firm quantities during the contract period and potential for additional quantities as needed.

Additionally, bidders should possess relevant experience, evidenced by references of similar products supplied within the past three years, and demonstrate compliance with B-BBEE and tax registration requirements.
