Should the afore-mentioned not be available, an affidavit declaring that a bidder does not owe Municipality services for more than 90 days. |

The primary objective of this tender is to procure the supply and delivery of various IT equipment items to Sarah Baartman District Municipality. The aim is to ensure the municipality acquires quality IT hardware and related equipment to support its operational needs, with a focus on transparency, competitiveness, and adherence to procurement policies.
The scope encompasses the procurement and delivery of the following IT equipment within one (1) month after appointment:
Bidder(s) may choose to bid on all or some groups; the municipality reserves the right to award part or the full bid.
The equipment must meet the minimum specifications outlined below:
All equipment must meet the specified minimum standards and be delivered within the stipulated timeframe.
