The primary objective of this tender is to procure a service provider capable of supplying and delivering moisture dishes as specified by the Perishable Products Export Control Board (PPECB). The aim is to ensure the availability of quality moisture dishes for determination in dairy products, supporting PPECB's mandate to promote efficient export of perishable goods from South Africa.
