The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a supplier for the supply and delivery of NCV and R191 textbooks for the College of Cape Town (CCT) for TVET across five campuses for the year 2026. The aim is to ensure the provision of specified textbooks that adhere to the college's standards and specifications, supporting educational delivery across various programs and levels.
