The primary objective of this tender is to procure a system for the supply and delivery of Network Video Recorders (NVRs) to enhance surveillance and security capabilities within the Cape Winelands District Municipality. The system aims to support high-quality video recording from IP cameras, ensuring real-time monitoring, data security, and scalable network infrastructure to maintain operational security and data management efficiency.
