Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver oil-free compressors and air dryers that meet specified quality and technical standards, ensuring reliable performance and compliance with international quality management systems.

Scope

The scope encompasses the provision of oil-free compressors and air dryers, including the development of a comprehensive Contract Quality Plan (CQP) and Quality Control Plan (QCP). The deliverables include documentation demonstrating quality management system implementation, operational evidence, and adherence to specified standards and requirements as outlined in the tender documents.

Technical Requirements

• Provision of oil-free compressors and air dryers compliant with specified performance and safety standards.
• Development of a Draft Contract Quality Plan (CQP) demonstrating quality assurance strategies, roles, and responsibilities.
• Preparation of a Quality Control Plan (QCP) or Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) to ensure quality during installation and commissioning.
• Implementation of quality management processes aligned with ISO 9001 standards, either certified or documented as compliant.
• Provision of documented evidence of quality management system operation, including organizational responsibilities, external supplier controls, internal audits, and management reviews.
• Adherence to additional customer-specific requirements and standards, including transportation, storage, and specialized certifications if applicable.

Skills Requirements

• Certified or documented Quality Management System expertise aligned with ISO 9001 standards.
• Experience in developing and implementing Contract Quality Plans and Quality Control Plans for engineering projects.
• Proficiency in conducting internal audits, management reviews, and supplier evaluations.
• Ability to prepare comprehensive documentation including responsibility matrices, process assessments, and inspection/test plans.
• Knowledge of relevant standards and certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 10005, and other industry-specific standards.
• Strong project management and coordination skills to ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
