The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver outdoor 66 kV to 110 V Potential (Voltage) Transformers (PT/Vt) that meet specified technical standards, for installation at the Hadison Park Substation within Sol Plaatje Municipality. The project aims to restore and enhance the municipality’s high-voltage distribution network, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient electricity supply in compliance with NERSA standards.
The scope includes the procurement, supply, and delivery of complete outdoor 66kV/110V Voltage Transformers, including terminal boxes, nameplates, accessories, and certification. The transformers must be suitable for measurement and protection applications within the municipality’s 66kV network, installed at the specified substation, and conform to IEC and SANS standards. The project covers the entire process from order to delivery, including testing, certification, and documentation.
